About Dr. Pollock

Dr. Jeremy Pollock is a board-certified cardiologist based in Baltimore, Maryland, where he practices at the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson. He serves as the Medical Director of Cardiology Operations at UM St. Joseph, overseeing the Heart Failure, Cardiographics, Clinical Cardiology, and Cardiac Rehabilitation service lines. He also co-directs the Heart Failure Committee for the University of Maryland Medical System.

Dr. Pollock's clinical interests center on preventive cardiology, heart failure, and advanced cardiac imaging — including echocardiography and nuclear medicine. He is passionate about catching heart disease early, before it causes serious harm. He works closely with each patient to create personalized care plans that address not just their physical health, but their overall well-being.

A Baltimore native who attended the Gilman School and the University of Virginia, Dr. Pollock earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, completed his residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and returned to Maryland for his cardiology fellowship. He has been recognized as a Baltimore Magazine "Top Doctor" on multiple occasions and holds a 4.9/5 star patient satisfaction rating across hundreds of reviews.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Pollock is an avid endurance athlete and runner. He completed the New York City Marathon in both 2022 and 2024, the NCR 20-Miler in 2023, and the Watermans Half Ironman in 2025. He is currently training for a Men's Solo HYROX competition in Washington, DC in September 2026. He is a lifelong Baltimorean, deeply committed to improving heart health in his community.
